Dear Lumiere International Beauty Queens, Please be reminded that it is mandatory to submit the Public Appearance Notification Form at least five (5) days in advance before making any public appearances while wearing the Lumiere International crown and/or sash. This includes events for brand collaborations, media engagements, public functions, or personal appearances where you will be officially representing Lumiere International. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disciplinary action.
